Hello, my name is Delia.
I’m a certified Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Practitioner, proudly trained at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. I chose to study holistic nutrition because I believe in the powerful healing properties of plant-based foods. To bring that knowledge to life, I also completed a culinary program that helped me turn those nutritious ingredients into vibrant, delicious meals.
My mission is to combine my passion for food with the science of holistic nutrition to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. I’m here to inspire creativity in the kitchen, support you in making healthier choices, and provide you with the tools you need to create lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the flavors of wholesome, quality foods that nourish the body, delight the senses and feed the soul — all while moving toward a more vibrant, balanced life.

This question comes from a place of curiosity — and sometimes concern. At Plant Based Potential, we gently shift that perspective by exploring how food can nourish, heal, and truly satisfy.
Together, we’ll rediscover the joy of eating through vibrant, plant-based ingredients that support whole-body wellness. You’ll learn to recreate familiar comfort foods with intention — in a way that’s healing, flavorful, and deeply nourishing. Many of the recipes we explore are also low-sodium, gluten-free, and sugar-free, making them supportive for a wide range of dietary needs.
Our hands-on cooking experiences are more than just lessons — they’re an invitation to slow down, connect with your food, and care for your body through every step of the process. From mindful preparation to knife skills and cooking techniques, you’ll be guided with care and encouragement as you create meals that fuel wellness from the inside out.
